Tai Chi & Qigong Classes

Qigong and Tai Chi are closely related practices with Qigong playing an important role in training for Tai Chi. Many Tai Chi movements are performed as part of Qigong practice.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.

Tai Chi is sometimes described as “meditation in motion” because it promotes serenity through gentle movements—connecting the mind and body.
